For Dataset
metadata, there are three types of templates to populate: Distribution, Dataset and Catalog:
...
Start with the Distribution template, create and fill in instances for each distribution you have in your project. After a Distribution template instance is created and saved copy it’s id as you have done for the Project Admin Template. Links to Distribution template instances should be placed in Dataset template instance in the corresponding box, the form allows the addition of multiple values:
...
Copy links to Dataset template instances after you save them, those links are used to connect everything with the Catalog
template. In this template form, you’ll see fields to add a reference to the Project Admin template instance and Dataset template instances:
Important! The form Catalogue, needs to contain a reference to the page you create for Dataset. And the form Dataset, needs to contain in the field “distribution instance ID” a reference to the page you create for Distribution. Therefore, easiest is to start from Distribution and work your way backwards. How to copy the ID of a Distribution to enter in the Dataset form: Copy the url of the distribution from directly after “edit”to just before the question mark. Similarly you need to copy part of the URL of the Dataset to enter in the Catalogue form (in the “dataset instance id” field).
