The agreements and solutions of the national health data infrastructure for research, policy and innovation are process-driven and user-oriented
The foundation of the national health data infrastructure for research, policy and innovation rests on process-oriented and user-friendly agreements and solutions. In the pursuit of an optimally functioning Health-RI ecosystem, we recognize that it is essential to reason from the processes, where the needs of the users are central. When designing the architecture, we started by defining storylines that are closely tailored to the wishes of the users. It is crucial that the agreements and solutions effectively support these storylines.
This approach is applied consistently, even when refining specific agreements and solutions. Detailed storylines will be drawn up in collaboration with involved users, which will not only determine the scope of the agreement and solution, but also serve as the benchmark against which the results delivered will be assessed when finalized.
