Unambiguous national dictionary for secondary use

Items from the glossary of the Health-RI wiki are included in the unambiguous national dictionary for secondary use (national glossary). As soon as the national glossary is operational, it will serve as the source for the Health-RI wiki, and the Health-RI glossary will be replaced by the national glossary.
