The data for secondary use is preferably anonymized or pseudonymised.
Pseudonyms are used if the data must be linked to other sources, immediately upon issuing the data or later in the research. To achieve this linkability, the same data must be pseudonymised in the same way for the different sources.
A central service has been provided to guarantee this clarity.
