The terms of use service is a generic function that is used in both the primary and secondary processes. The interpretation below is based on that of the Twiin set of agreements and will be supplemented later if necessary.

The generic terms of use function ensures that the data holder can check whether the patient has given sufficient consent or has not objected to providing insight into data originating from him/her.

This service for the secondary process is in line with the working method in the primary process. See the Twiin set of agreements for further specification.
